Don't go here, Dr. Robins has no idea what he is doing. I went here because I am experiencing hairloss and after explaining my symptoms to Dr. Robin he measured my head with a ruler and told me to come back in three months. That is the biggest waste of money on earth and I will not be coming back. He did not explain me what might be the cause of my hairloss nor did he know that topical Minoxidil existed until I showed it to him. Not recommending this office. Rudeness is number 1 on top of doctors not writing prescription correctly and not responding to the pharmacy after they called 3 times sent the fax and after I called twice. That is contact with office 5 times in period of 6 hours. At end of the day pharmacist was told we won’t fix mistake until tomorrow if so!!

Would not recommend to my enemy! They told me I needed a referral for my daughter to remove a raised freckle. I have a history of melanoma. I get said referral from an urgent care and go to her apt. I get to said apt and then they tell me they won’t take said referral because it’s not from his primary care doctor?? Are you serious?! My referral has billing diagnosis as lady said I needed but it’s not from her pcp. Which she doesn’t have one bc we just moved up here! Horrible customer care! Horrible attitudes.
