I’ve gone here for about 10 years now. I have issues due to a serious car accident 31 years ago. I go every three months for Botox injections in my neck for muscle tension relief. I’ve also had vocal chord surgery here. The staff is very friendly and are for the most part on time when it comes to your appointment. I highly recommend FSC.

I have been going to this facility for many many years. The care is outstanding and staff very friendly. Just be proactive with your appointments and reminders. Wait time to be seen is usually short.
Called three days ago to talk with doctor about my son, they said they would return call 24-48 hours .. after patiently waiting three days , I called after hours to see if I could get information this way .. I am still on hold , I have been on hold one hour being told doctors on call not answering . I did what I should and really cannot believe any child should be overlooked like this. They were fantastic with my daughter. Only thing I have had to say is every time we went in there, they thought we were having a procedure every time and it delayed us getting in the back. Kind of aggravating but I complained and got my way with it, so didn’t care.
