Gave me a million unnecessary tests for ear pain, then decided I should stay overnight at another hospital. Ear Doctor at 2nd place wouldn't see me. Nurse Gave me Rx and went home. Life expectancy of patients? I don't know
My husband had appendicitis and we rushed him to this ER!! The care here is BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL! I almost want to keep this site a secret!! Truthfully however from Lucy at reception to Emily our RN and the nurse practitioner (who wasn’t even our provider ) who helped in the hallway -their care A plus plus. Dr Erik Hume is brilliant and empathetic. Two of the best qualities! If you have an emergency go here !!
95% of the staff is RUDE. MULTIPLE terrible experiences. Had a tech named Alex come in to put in an IV. Asked him to not put it in my elbow, he just stared at me for a few seconds. I started saying some of the reasons I don't like it, with one being how every time I bend my arm when getting fluids or meds the machine pauses and beeps at me. He just goes, "well you're not getting fluids." And puts it directly in the crease of my elbow. Didn't even try to put it anywhere else beforehand. Excellent care and service!!!!
From the moment I arrived until I was finished, every person was top notch kind, polite, compassionate, I was treated with care and competence, the entire place was clean as a whistle, they helped me get from chair to bed to etc. The tv channels were very scrambled, but every other aspect was perfect. I hadn't had an emergency myself in over 8 years, so I was worried, but all was well. I am overwhelmed with happiness.
