Excellent care and service!!!!
From the moment I arrived until I was finished, every person was top notch kind, polite, compassionate, I was treated with care and competence, the entire place was clean as a whistle, they helped me get from chair to bed to etc. The tv channels were very scrambled, but every other aspect was perfect. I hadn't had an emergency myself in over 8 years, so I was worried, but all was well. I am overwhelmed with happiness.
I’ve been to this Urgent care twice. Both times the entire staff was friendly, helpful and extremely compassionate. I was diagnosed quickly and told exactly what was wrong and how they were going to help me. I highly recommend them!
I took my wife there because she cut her finger. As she is on blood thinners, the bleeding was terrible. They took her in for treatment promptly and stitched her finger. The whole staff was great, caring and very professional. Jeffrey Arango, PA-C was especially good.
