Very slow and never go by your appointment time.
I called to get a appointment for knee replacement surgery.My doctor had already sent a referral. The person that answered the phone was rude and was not very professional at all. He needs a refresher course in patient service.
This is my second time coming here. The first time was last year for knee replacement surgery. It went great, i'm back again this year for my second knee replacement. I came from Tallahassee to get it done. Dr. Richard Vlasak and the entire staff were amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️
