I have been going to Uebehlor since 2012. I’ve only had this issue with them. My 2018 rav 4 is having paint issues. I called in October the Toyota rep already been in. So they said they would call on November. Well after no call in November. I called back Adam said the rep didn’t come in November. Told me to send pics. I did and still haven’t heard back. This is ridiculous. The amount of money I have spent there and this is how they treat you.
They are very friendly and they will work with you to get what you want in a car. And they good.

It was time for an upgrade. Jud Goodness took great care of us. They were particularly busy when I bought our vehicle there. He made sure to touch base and let me know how the paper work was going.
