We lived in one of their houses for 3 years and had a great experience. Very communicative and on top of things. They really put a tenant’s mind at ease renting through them. Ben and Steve were lovely maintenance guys who fixed any problems we came across. Highly recommend renting from them during your college career!
We rented with UDstudentrentals for three years and had a great experience. The staff, though hard to get a hold of sometimes, is very kind and maintenance issues are easy to submit and taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for housing!
UDStudentRentals is the worst landlord experience I’ve ever had. The staff is extremely unresponsive, unhelpful, and rude. They moved us into a cockroach infested apartment this past Summer and were extremely slow about responding and telling us how they would fix the situation. They originally accused my roommates and I of causing the cockroach infestation throughout the whole building less then a week after we moved in. The staff was very helpful during the stressful housing process. Ben and Julie were super kind and It was really easy to communicate and scheduale tours.
Super fast responders, and Julie was lovely and helpful during our lease signing when we finally found somewhere to call home.
