If I could give a half a star I would but one is the lowest it goes. I just moved out of one of the UDR properties and my experience with their billing team has so far been terrible. Savannah is a snarky individual who should exercise a bit more customer service in her speech. She takes it upon herself to assume someone’s attitude instead of listening to their actual concern and trying to fix the issue. The manager of one of their properties, Thea, actually told me they would no longer honor a verbal agreement that the last several management personnel had honored for three years DUE TO it not being in writing - but they had honored it for 3 years so obviously it had been agreed to - in other words - their verbal word is meaningless. Discrimination, different rates for every one, unfriendly staff, no maintenance, false promises, deceitful, management turnover every year, filthy parking lot, dumpster broken and stink always, water bill without explanation and so on
