In light of Thanksgiving, I'm reaching out to share my gratitude for the Udolf community. I've lived in West Hartford for the past 2 years and have had a great experience. My townhome is adorable, I love the hardwood floors and white wood trim, gives it charm and has plenty of storage. I've had a great experience with all the staff and the maintenance team, all very responsive and friendly. The neighborhood is great to walk around with all the side walks and well kept grounds. The staff at Udolf Properties are rude, unhelpful, unapproachable, and fail to maintain their properties properly.
They were unfriendly, unresponsive, and didn’t address any of my questions or requests in a timely manner.
I had the opportunity to rent from Udolf Propeties recently and had the most wonderful experience!! From my first interaction, everyone was more than willing to help accommodate anything that I needed. All of their staff is incredibly friendly, responsive, and the most helpful.
