I rented an office from Udolf Properties and I truly can't say enough about how lovely an experience it was. From the first phone call with Mr Udolf to see the space, to the last call to discuss turning in the keys, Robert Udolf was warm, kind, personable, and willing to show up for me as a tenant. I just renewed my lease at the Udolf Apts in WH, and want to extend my gratitude. It is a really nice place to live. My neighbors are kind, the grounds are well-maintained and safe, and the maintenance crew is reliable and warm. The property manager I work with, Dani, has treated me like a friend since day one. The owner is a good person. I’ve lived a lot of places. This one is among my favorites.
I’ve been communicating with Jess from Udolf properties and she has made my experience amazing. She truly knows what she’s talking about, is incredibly responsive and so kind. She has been so patient with me and all my questions. My husband and I are going to be moving into one of the properties. I would 100% recommend going through them just for such an amazing experience!
I can’t say enough positive things about Udolf Properties. I’m renting an Airbnb for several months. The unit is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything I need. The staff has addressed all of my needs.. If you want a lovely place to stay in the heart of West Hartford Center , a stones throw from all of the restaurants, this is the place to be!
We spent 7yrs renting Udolf Property owned units. In this time the sense of security and professionalism gave us peace of mind. That is ultimately the goal and we wish to thank Robert for his care.
