I had a good experience from receptionist to doctor. There wasn't a long wait and Dr. Jahagirder seems to be a caring doctor.
The staff members provide a great ambient and friendly environment, as a new patience the welcome was very professional. Mrs. Terri’s customer services skills were a great example of dedication and curtesy. Dr. Jahagirdar kind words, attention to details and patient with English as second language person made the visit more pleasant.
I had my first visit with Dr. Jahagirdar today. Was a great experience from start to finish. Terri at the reception made my check in and check out very smooth. Dr. Jahagirdan is a wonderful doctor! She is very gentle, knowledgeable, and caring. She listens to your concerns and explains everything so I can understand. I’m so grateful to be under her care! Dr. Jahagirdar was awesome. She explained everything in a way that I could understand and took her time with me. Mrs. Terri, the med receptionist, was also very friendly, and all the paperwork info was done very quickly.
Terri is always polite and very helpful! Even if you forget your reading glasses in the car!
Today was my second visit with Dr. Jahagirdar. Terri, who handles the front desk, is always kind and friendly and looking for ways to improve her service. There was virtually no wait time and, as many other reviews confirm, this is because the office runs like a well oiled machine. The Dr is friendly and knowledgeable, easy to talk to. I’m thankful to be under her care, in an office full of lively, kind staff that makes the whole process a lot more comfortable.
