I don't like it here it is boring here uncomfortable no rest been here too long and I want to go home they try to keep people here they are very noisy and loud and all the same thing

I went here last year for a pair of glasses and had a good experience. Ladies were helpful and efficient. So I returned yesterday wanting to get a second pair of glasses. However, the people I interacted with last year weren't there, and instead they had a male optometrist who was extremely unprofessional. I never even got in the door because when I opened the door to come in, he immediately told me to wait outside while he finished up with a customer. A bit difficult to find, you can get there from Parnassus and go down a few floors or from Irving through the parking garage entrance and take the elevator up
I shine away from doing reviews on anything related to medical issues unless it is really bad. However, I'm making an exception for the UCSF vision optical shop for the number of years that I have visited and how consistent the front desk technicians are. I always give some slack when people didn't perform the way that you expected; but those ladies are just so consistent and do the best they can.
