They took me in right away, handled with grace and care. I was able to get a same day ultrasound appt and got referred to a specialist. Both the doctor and the staff were amazing - very impressed.
I had a great experience here. I was able to make an appointment the night before for moderate-severe abdominal pain. I was seen on time, the doctor listened to my concerns, validated me, and was super thorough. I was able to get a blood test and ultrasound done the same day, then they had me come in for a follow up ultrasound, follow up visit, and subsequently a CT scan the next day. No one answers the phone
I visited this clinic Sunday morning because of bad back and hip pain. They took me in turn without an appointment and I was very happy with their prompt service. . The person at front desk, the nurse, and the Doctor were all professional and welcoming. I was referred for X-rays, provided with a prompt after visit summary and a treatment plan. I have nothing but appreciation for the UCSF screening and acute care clinic!
