Been trying to ask about whether they take new patients and literally impossible to talk to a human. Their phone line has an always on message of "If you get this during office hours, call back in 30m". I've called at 9am, 11am, 2pm, 4pm and I've only over gotten that message. There is no way to leave a message or request a call back. Automated message routes to using their online scheduler, but the scheduler has literally zero open appointments. For some reason this UCSF clinic is only seeing patients that live in San Francisco or San Mateo County. Wasted my time calling them multiple times today to finally get through to someone and be turned away. They could easily put that information on their website right along with the clinic phone numbers.
