We can’t resolve nothing by phone , waisted so much time to wait resolve the problem and uns usefully resolved, i have get off day at work coming to the office and waiting several time to get the solution.
I always have an above average experience when I go to appointments here. I've been to different specialists and I found the staff to be knowledgeable and respectful.
This office is a hot mess. If you can get in to see a provider, there are some great ones. But most likely your appointment will get cancelled, rescheduled, cancelled again ... Who knows. UCSF needs to do better the level of service here is abysmal. There's also the nightmare parking garage that costs a million dollars to park in. Just... Terrible place avoid at all costs
