This office is a hot mess. If you can get in to see a provider, there are some great ones. But most likely your appointment will get cancelled, rescheduled, cancelled again ... Who knows. UCSF needs to do better the level of service here is abysmal
UCSF understaffs and has very small windows for patient provider scheduled time slots. This puts providers behind schedule and likely results in decreased quality of care. I have regularly experienced wait times > than 30 minutes past appointment time. Today, I was seen > 1 hour after the scheduled appointment time. UCSF has systematically reduced staffing, not filling empty positions and making it difficult to get to work by resending the ability for staff to park onsite which seems to be a covert effort to further decrease... read more
Great staff and so efficient!
They billed me incorrectly, and in over 6 months have refused to make that correction. They hide behind silence and refuse to answer any my chart messages.
This clinic used to be great 5 years ago. Not anymore. Front desk check-in staff doesn’t want to work. They tell people to check-in on the tablet. The staff they hire are lazy and that’s evidence by how they dress. The front desk employee named Oliver has a septum piercing like an ox with a circle ring in nose. The medical assistants look dissatisfied with their job and the doctors run late and seem tired or a bit burnt out.
