I’m really not sure why there’s poor reviews on this place. I unfortunately couldn’t be seen by an ent where I live so I have to travel 4 hours here and it was so worth it!! First of all, we got in an awful car accident on the way there but the ent clinic still fit me in and they even had one of the nurses come in and examine my husband and I. On March 3rd my son was referred here after being in ICU for a bad infection due to a stone in his salivary gland, they told him to get in right away to get it taken care of. When he called he was told they wouldn’t set up an appointment until they had his records and left him to his own devices to get the records. After two weeks and help from his primary doctor he got them transferred. He called them again and they told him they didn’t have anything until the end of April. Day 1: 3 hours on the phone trying to get an ENT appointment for an urgent swallowing issue. Got a time for the next day. Got a call back that they had to cancel it with no reason. Day 2: Got a call to reschedule. Spent an hour trying to get connected. Got an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks from now. Day 3: Got a call back that they had to cancel that appointment- doctor does not see 14 year olds and other doctor is on sabbatical. Next available appointment is 3 months from now. The doctor didn’t show up to my appointment, her assistant did instead. She was quick to diagnose not much and sent me home with nasal sprays that didn’t work. I was expecting to see the doctor later but when I tried to book they said “No you’ve already been seen.” I’m still dealing with the same issues months later. Just got another order, will go somewhere else.
