Secret of changing an appointment! Like so many others, I am totally exasperated by leaving messages and never getting replies. I just went to the Dental Clinic Building at 707 Parnassus Ave. to the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery office just off the lobby, walked right up, spoke to a the staff member at the window and was able to change the date of my appointment with no problem! I was totally amazed and almost in shock!
