This place is a scam. They billed my insurance incorrectly and the service was not covered and it's literally impossible to get ahold of anyone to fix the issue.
I don’t recommend anybody to come to this hospital. This is ridiculous. It’s miss your I’ve been referred five months ago, but so far I have not received any calls from them to schedule an appointment for me even they accept my referral and they said we will give you a call and a couple days but not yet
I’ve waited months for this follow up visit and the Dr canceled the week before the appointment. So much of the UCSF system is top notch. My experience is that this department is substandard. Reading these reviews I see that I am not the only one. I hope that whoever is in charge realizes their shortcomings and is and to amend the poor performance that seem endemic.
