The customer care lady was a joke and was so rude - I called to schedule and she spent 15 minutes asking for all sorts of questions including my social security number only to tell me in the end that she can’t schedule me and I had to call another number and hung up saying “Whatever”. What a shame to call yourself customer service when this is how you treat new patients!!!
