Staff here is truly amazing. UCSF is number one in California for a reason. Not to mention when you do stay here, you're taken care of like royalty. Everyone from the nurses and doctors to the people that clean your room are so polite and helpful
Had to take my daughter here for a MRI. That is stressful enough, to add to that, we had to drive 4 hours to get there. There was a last minute schedule change and we had to leave at 3:00am to be there by the check in time. However, the whole staffing was helpful and welcoming! We found parking easy and getting into and out of the area pretty easy.
