This is for the lack of communication between offices at the hospital. There is no cohesiveness or notes for other people answering phones when speaking to one person over the phone. No one knows who the heck you are when contacting the UCSF line. It's awful. You have to constantly re-explain the situation. Providers don't have any clue who you are when you contact them either.
