MD Sears, RN Parousha, all of the front desk staff, all of the other RN’s, all of the residents etc., have been a gift from whatever god you may believe in! They’re always very responsive to calls and emails.They’re also so seemingly eager to get my needs addressed, even after they’ve gotten to know my flakey and dramatic side LOL I get great comfort knowing they’re there for me, no matter this issue! I truly feel lucky to have them all as members of my care team!
I could not get passed the receptionist to make a telemedicine appointment. He kept questioning my reasons for calling.
The care and support I receive from Dr. Christina Brickman is incredibly supportive. The receptionist staff is very friendly, and I always feel better after I have left an appointment.
