Excellent care, overall. The outpatient clinic does not supply pain mitigation meds during visits (debridement, etc), which I found asinine. Load up on your painkillers before you visit.
I've made 3 referrals there specifically for laser therapy which they told me they provide. 18m later they finally accept it. They spelled my name wrong, wrong address, wrong everything. Turns out they don't offer laser therapy anymore. Bunch of clowns in that office
Visits here are never fun, but the staff make it actually enjoyable and pleasant. Debbie at the registration desk is helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. My NP Irina was kind and thorough and spent ample time walking through my questions. Thank you!
One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a medical establishment. In and out extremely fast and the nurses were very knowledgeable and nice. My daughters left with several little gifts from security and front desk
I couldn’t Thank Dr. Grossman and Dr. Melinda and all the staff of the center for the help they provided me when I was admitted into the center. They Went above and beyond to getting me into surgery to Fixing my hands and providing care without any pain. Truly, truly are Heroes when it comes to the medical field, I am truly blessed that the center was the closest burn center to my to my area.
