Told to arrive 20 minutes early...so I waited an hour and 20 minutes to be seen. I figured an 8:30 AM appt. would limit wait time. I was wrong. My first visitor (after 50 minutes) was a Resident (?).. Didn't seem to know why I was there or what the issue with my foot was . When I said "You're not going to apologize for the long wait", his response was "Do you have some place to be?" Pfft Dr. Kirstina Olson lied in "care team notes".
