It’s been 5+ years for me to be under care of wonderful team of MDs, NPs, RNs, and the rest of the Lakeshore team including admin team! My observations: They are a great team who work very well together! They are very empathetic, listen to my concerns, and take time to address them! Admin folks very quickly follow up on calls/messages/appointments! Also, for a nervous patient like me they are very patient and make me feel comfortable.
