I have nothing but good things to say about UCSF. they have always gone above and beyond for every situation and have dealt the most compassion/empathy I've seen from all staff members.
I had a wonderful experience at UCSF Lakeshore! The staff and doctors are incredibly attentive and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt that they truly cared about each patient, greeting everyone warmly and making the check-in process seamless. The level of care and attention they provide is outstanding. Plus, there’s plenty of parking, which is such a relief compared to the Parnassus location. Highly recommend this facility for anyone seeking excellent care in a convenient and stress-free environment!
They will hire new rud people like Wendy to hung up the phone on you, when a patient is not satisfied with 1 month waiting time to see the doctor. No only that but they are having a answering service that's not upto date with the patients profile, and doctors match. I give them 2 ⭐️ ⭐️ because I'm generous but they are unfortunately a 2 stars service. See I call this morning around 9:15 am. I still have not gotten an appointment, nor anyone has calling me back. I'm currently waiting for the supervisor to call me back.
