I had a horrible experience. I was referred by my primary care doctor to see Dr. Ernest Lee for a routine checkup. The whole visit was very rushed. Dr Lee used lots of jargon which he did not explain. I saw him for at most 15 minutes and then got a bill for $1,600. Dr Lee is clearly rushing as quickly as possible. He only gave the very quickest of exams. This clinic is trying to see as many patients as possible in the shortest time so they can bill for the most amount of money. Impossible to get appointments and rude staff
Wonderful staff. Easy appointments. Fast. They have saved my wonderful face lol. Been going for years. Thank you UCSF
Spent 30 minutes trying to call them to be told there was no appointments for more than 6 months. Total waste of time.
This office overbooks patients. As a result, I have had nearly 2 hour waiting times. Not recommended.
