I am a Benefit Advocate for an insurance company and my member and I called in to conference with a doctor to make sure that a drug her son had to take for allergic reactions was okay for him to take the generic version. What a waste of time. We called at 11:45am, waited and waited and waited for 20 minutes for someone to pick up. Terrible admin and coordinators. Rude and uncaring front of the office staff. Called twice and was told lies about my referral. Probably will not take your medical needs seriously.
