Spent over two hours on hold across five calls waiting for an advice nurse to pick up. Was disconnected repeatedly. When I eventually got through, I was informed (two days late) that the clinic ordered my son’s urgent test incorrectly so it will need to be repeated if we want the results. Extremely disappointing and careless.
We’ve always had a good experience here over 9 years now. We were recently treated same day and 2 min wait time, and got in office rapid tests and results and treatments on the spot. We were thankful for the advice nurse’s care over the phone as well and the AVS was detailed to bring to primary care the following day. Thank you!
