Do not try to call in to ask them to send the doctor a message. I spoke to a staff member named deborah who was rude about me asking her to send the doctor a message. There is no requirement to just use mychart to access health care. Please train people better who are the first contact for families who have children with medical issues.
My three year old daughter was referred here by her doctor. They called me on Monday last minute offering two appointments dates, one was for the next day Tuesday, and the other for today- Wednesday. I took the Wednesday one for a little bit more time. I live in Oakland and drove to San Ramon, got stuck in traffic and a accident on the freeway to barely make it on time for 9 am. Dec 7 2021 10:51 Telephone receptionist told me that my son can’t take speech therapy because I speak other language. I hope every worker at hospital they have hospitality. This is not fair for my kid😭 They should think every children has their right.
