I visited this clinic while traveling because no local pediatric offices would see my daughter since she was not an established patient. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The facility itself appeared poorly maintained. The waiting room was not clean, and the exam room was very small, cold, and poorly stocked. During the exam, the physician had to leave multiple times to retrieve basic supplies (such as a lounge depressor) needed to examine my daughter. Went and checked into the emergency room because my child has a broken bone and is experiencing extreme pain and was crying and screaming and the old receptionist man took his sweet time to call us in for my son to get treated, bad service on his part all around seeing how my son was in terrible pain. Terrible and disgusting service all around. 🤦♂️
Most worst experience v came 1.30am and dr came 4am still it's 4.30am and still waiting for medication worst
