Love is place great service and they care for the children
Overpromising and underdelivering is the name of the game at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital. Every nurse offers extra drugs or treats for my child that are not followed up on. We were offered Ativan or morphine immediately and I kept agreeing and asking for what was offered, to have it walked back by another nurse. Perhaps parents need the Ativan more because the howls of sick children getting treatment fill the halls. This place has given us the gift of finding our faith again in humanity and in believing there are civilized people out there who really do care. My son has had multiple procedures done done, it is unfortunate but it we are also fortunate to be able to go to such a great place and get treated also equally as everyone else. They accommodate my son and children's need everytime since we are a family of 3 children all in diapers and 2 of the 3 are in fact special needs children. The best place forsure for your children's care !
The best hospital to take your child to, hands down. Everyone from the security staff to the nurses, doctors, and every member of the team is incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. They genuinely care about your child and go above and beyond to find answers, performing every necessary test to ensure your child receives the best possible care. Their NICU saved my baby’s life. The doctors and staff took very good care of my baby who was born at 27weeks and four days with many complications. My baby stayed there for about 3 Months fully recovered and stepped out as a healthy baby. We’re forever grateful to the hardworking doctors and staff who took very good care of our child.
