I had a visit at Bayfront Medical Center, and the building is on another level—very modern, clean, and well organized. The employees were welcoming, professional, and made the whole process comfortable from the moment I arrived. There is also a nice café inside the building, which was a pleasant surprise. Fabulous facility
Urgent care is answering the phone in spanish! When citizens of the USA call for urgent medical care we need a person who speaks English perfectly on the other end of the line!! I waited 6 minutes for an English speaker, a person named Vivian who denied he answered in spanish. How does she know that? She wasn't around the area, it took her 6 minutes to get to the phone.
