Fabulous facility
Urgent care is answering the phone in spanish! When citizens of the USA call for urgent medical care we need a person who speaks English perfectly on the other end of the line!! I waited 6 minutes for an English speaker, a person named Vivian who denied he answered in spanish. How does she know that? She wasn't around the area, it took her 6 minutes to get to the phone. She is basically calling me a liar, trying to protect the wrongdoer. She admitted he has a big accent, so that's also acceptable at UCSF now. The UCSF recept... read more
Wonderful new facility. Every staff member I encountered from the front desk to the RNs to the aides to the anesthesia team were extremely kind and competent. I felt very well cared for.
