I have had tremendous success with Dr Wallace. I have experienced he and his office team to be extremely compassionate and supportive.
Fantastic pain doctor, I have been his patient since 2007 or earlier and he has literally saved my life. He is a great man and a fabulous doctor!!!
Dr Wallace is firm, confident and caring. This is the first time we have had a competent pain management doctor who handled my mom with patience, respect and direct honesty.
So disappointed no transparency or accountability this Dr and staff in 2023 had majority of negative reviews with most of 1 to 2 stars and patients expressing negative experience at this facility walking out discouraged of the lack of care in treating pain patients. Most didn’t recommend being treated by Dr. Wallace and staff . Left my appt in tears of how bad this Dr. made me feel. He wasn’t intrested n listening my thoughts about his medical THC n how it doesn’t work for all chronic pain patients. He doesn’t care no empathy suggest procedures that have proven not work suggests treating depression cures CP, we all know depression doesn’t exist when CP is treated/managed. No interest n patient care when he walks into room he already has n mind how he’s going to treat patient if patient doesn’t agree with him he walks out couple minutes nurse walks ... read more
