I had a hand injury that needed immediate diagnosis. They gave me an appointment 2 months later!! What a joke!!! I went to another clinic and they told me that waiting longer would have been seriously bad. I belong to UCSD Health, I have a good insurance, I was referred by UCSD health Urgent care to them, and still they wanted me to wait for TWO MONTHS!!! Useless careprovider. Dr. Frances Gonzalez did a terrific job on a total knee replacement just 3 weeks ago. The entire process was top notch. Ruth Delgado who scheduled the surgery, the NP, check in the day of surgery, to the wonderful nurses attending to my on my overnite stay. The checkout was terrific as well. The pharmacy, physical therapy and the wonderful lady who rolled me out to my ride in a deluxe wheelchair. I am very thankful I made the right choice! What a hospital! What a wonderful doctor and staff!
I have a broken ankle and they wouldn’t get me in for a month. no one here cares so find another doctor office if you actually need help
