Inconsistent care ( the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing).. Hung up on by APRN. Unprofessional behavior. At a time of intense vulnerability I was denied adequate treatment.Was assured they had my back & was not in this alone. If that were true why have I been left invalidated & denied treatment med for restless leg syndrome. Was prescribed medication from the same office two months prior. Incredibly disappointed with the receptionist staff at this location. No concern or respect for the patients who call their office. I was shocked at how easily they would dismiss and hang up the phone on their patients rather than take a few seconds to explain things. One would expect basic understanding from this staff given the sensitive nature of their office.
This place is just a farm for doctors and patients come second.

I wish we could add - numbers. Worst place I have ever been. It isn’t a therapeutic environment it’s a holding cell. No counseling, no therapy, literally nothing to do not even tv’s. I spent nearly two week staring at a sky blue wall while they f-Ed with my medication and make me much worse.
