I have been a patient for a about three years now because the doctors are great! But the receptionists who answer the phone at this office specifically are rude, disrespectful, and condescending. No matter who picks up the phone they immediately have a degrading attitude. For a PSYCHIATRY office, the receptionists need to change their tone and be more helpful. These are the most irresponsible practice I have ever seen. Their license should be cancelled. My wife Called multiple times to refill and they said they did refill but did not do it.
