Called about questions regarding my refill on a med, that if I stop taking it abruptly can cause a deadly rash and was mumbled to and hung up on
Inconsistent care ( the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing).. Hung up on by APRN. Unprofessional behavior. At a time of intense vulnerability I was denied adequate treatment.Was assured they had my back & was not in this alone. If that were true why have I been left invalidated & denied treatment med for restless leg syndrome. Was prescribed medication from the same office two months prior. Now my APRN claims to not prescribe that type of medication. Mixed & conflicting messages. I'm leaving in search of consiste... read more
Incredibly disappointed with the receptionist staff at this location. No concern or respect for the patients who call their office. I was shocked at how easily they would dismiss and hang up the phone on their patients rather than take a few seconds to explain things. One would expect basic understanding from this staff given the sensitive nature of their office.
