My dr was Jillian Fortier and I really wish I could say I’m happy with my breast reduction but it’s been about 4 years since my reduction and my nipples are completely butchered. They are soooo not in th right place, I cannot wear a bathing suit or bra or shirts that are v neck or even regular low cut shirts bc my nips show. Quite literally the rudest staff I’ve ever come across in my life. I’ve been trying to get confirmation that my letter of referral was received since June 25th… it’s August 13th and I’ve sent it over 3 times. I called this morning and immediately the woman on the phone had an attitude after I told her my reason for calling and she continued to tell me I needed a referral after I explained to her I had one sent over. Every time I have to go here for my mom's surgeries most of the staff are incredibly rude. This time it was in the cafe. I nicely asked if they had a dairy alternative for the coffee as I'm allergic to milk. She snapped that they were in the cooler so I bought a coffee. I looked at the creamers. None of them were non-dairy. A nurse that was waiting in line also looked and confirmed that none of them were. I told the lady this and she insisted they were. I ended up grabbing one of each kind to show her. She said they are. I g... read more

Wonderful staff, good parking situation to pick up family. I love the surgeons there too.
