SCAM?? Did a sleep study and found out I have sleep apnea. Dr. Kang said I would be contacted about a C-pap machine. No one ever contacted me. When I call they say they'll have someone contact me, and then no one does. This has been going on for 15 months, since Dec 2022. I am truly concerned they are not a legitimate business. Either way, I am currently looking into legal action, as at this point they have certainly harmed my health, which is against the Hippocratic oath Dr. Kang supposedly took. This place is a scandal. So is the doctor who is the director. If you are suffering with insomnia and looking for a solution, be prepared to wait, wait, and wait some more. I first had a consultation in February only to wait 6 months for the appointment. I told the doctor I already had 2 sleep studies before which showed I did not have sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, etc. Did he care? Sleep Study at UCLA Don’t call. They won’t answer. This study was ordered from a pulmonary Dr., so if you're calling to make an apptmt, start with your primary, who might refer you to a specialist, who will order. All details are sent via email. We were a bit nervous based on these reviews we read last minute/day but don’t be. The room notes below, might help manage expectations. All working there were super kind and helpful.
