I had no issue getting a hold of someone. I waited 6 minutes and had an incredible experience with the person on the phone. Chianda (Name spelling def wrong...sorry!) was a delight to speak to on the phone.
My kid had a polysomnogram done here and it was a perfectly fine experience. Jackie the technician is highly experienced and knows her work thoroughly, and is also just really kind. Sleeping alongside my kid in a Stryker hospital bed was a little weird, but it was great to have a motorized bed for once—tempts me to buy one if I can ever afford it. It does kinda suck to be awakened at 5:30 AM but them's the breaks. Pay your parking FIRST—the signage is ambiguous but you can be ticketed if you don't do that.

Parking here is a nightmare. Do not waste your time getting a sleep study test here, go anywhere else. They take 6 months to ship a sleep test to your home.
I received an at home sleep study prescription from my primary care physician. When I called this morning to pick up my at home sleep study device, I was told that the next appointment was August 13–two months from now. When I inquired as to why I would need an appointment in the first place, and why would it take two months to fulfill an order for an at home sleep study device, I was told that they do not have these devices on hand, but must rent them from another company.
