I've been going to the UCLA Seizure Disorder Center for about 25 years. The only reason I have stayed is because I really trust my doctor, who I've been going to the entire time. The rest of the place is bad. I have to call them every single time I need a refill because they don't respond to the pharmacy. The fact that I've had to have the on-call doctor fill my prescription on more than one occasion because the doctor's office wouldn't says something. Every time I call I'm left on hold indefinitely; the VM msg says that if I want a call back, press 1; when I press 1, i'm disconnected; VERY FRUSTRATING! I need help and I can't even get these people to pick up the phone. Goodbye.
