I had an excellent experience here the other day. I was running late and I called while being stuck on the freeway worried I was going to be late and the ladies at the front desk were outstanding with accomodating me. My pulmonary function test went very smoothly, Fredo was super awesome to work with and I really enjoyed learning more about my COPD; excellent staff here!!
DO NOT GO HERE. They lie and lie and lie. Before I even committed to a sleep study or consultation they assured me it was a $45 copay and then referred me to their financial clearance unit to double check, who again said yes $45 copay is the ONLY thing you’ll owe. Now they are still sending me bills. Today I got an updated bill from 7 months ago (previously they took my balance off after an updated claim was mad. Now they are going back on that and billing $1000 for a 10 minute video consultation (which is flat out robbery) ... read more
Russian has an ego, don’t listen, don’t keep up to date with research, embarrassing. Don’t waste your time.
The nicest techs! They really cheer you on and are so patient helping you get your best results. It makes a huge difference!
In my opinion they are great. Whenever I have an issue with my health they immediately address the issue and do whatever is needed to correct the issue. I feel they are very caring.
