Rudest, most unhelpful staff I’ve ever dealt with. No empathy, no compassion. Just awful
I am lucky I did not see prior reviews! I would never have made an appointment. The process to get in is cumbersome. I had three different M.D. send referrals as only Neuro M.D. could never get around to sending a referral and med recs together. I did write a note on one of referrals and explained my situation. New Rare Neuro dx by Neuro MD who was Upset w/me for being emotional at time of Dx. The WORST department at UCLA. They assign you to a couple of residents and they graduate in a few months and they again make you get another appointment to charge you and they have you talk to a new doctor just to have a doctor and continue with same medication. They are just after your money. The online MyChart platform is a rip-off. They make you pay for a base of 40 dollars per visit when you do online check in, but when you go in the office you may not even have any co-pays and guess what YOU JUST PAID 40 TO 80 DOLLARS, ... read more
