I have been using the UCLA app by Dianna and her team since its inception and have found it very helpful in navigating life’s challenges. Focus on the breath, body and sound make the meditation practice extremely affective. Can’t say enough positive things about their work!

The UCLA mindfulness app is my favorite meditation app and I have several apps from different providers. I especially enjoy the meditations guided by Diana Winston. Keep up the good work.

I took my MPA I on line, and my second one in person at UCLA, with Professor Mitra. The second one, was a great experience . I felt the effects of Meditation immediately, She gave us a lot of tools, to practice as part of our daily lives.The only negative comment, is that I was asking by emails to have a letter of participation in the courses. I never get an answer. I think they need more support for administrative aspects.
