UCLA DOES NOT TREAT TETHERED CORD I have tethered spine occulta and spina bifida occulta. It cannot be seen via routine imaging and is diagnosed by urodynamics and bowel testing. It has been de-tethered once and was transferred to UCLA Spine for a consult to discuss 2nd tethering.
