can someone please tell me what the hear aid "assistant" is assisting with. she does not help, she does not know where any of our hearing aids are or where they are sent to or when they are coming back

Do NOT go here. You don't see a doctor and they hit you with hundreds of dollars in hidden facility fees that they do not tell you about in the MONTHS beforehand when you are waiting for your appointment. Complete scam and beyond disappointed.

I cannot thank UCLA Audiology team for their kindness and responsiveness to my needs. I am double implanted with cochlear implants. I am profoundly deaf. am travelling and lost my charging plug without which my implants would eventually power down and I would not be able to hear a thing. The team within 5 minutes at 730am located a replacement kanso 2 charging plug for me. No fuss or bother. They just did this. I called to speak with someone at this office. First you have to listen to recordings about other groups and phone numbers. Then you can press 2 to speak with someone. BUT WHEN YOU GET TRANSFERRED YOU ARE DISCONNECTED. TOTAL MESS
