My first time experience was wonderful. Staff were friendly, knowledgable, efficient, and kind. They went out of their way to make you comfortable. 5*. Yes, it was difficult to find, so give yourself extra time. Minus 10 on signage.

What a terrible experience. The building and parking lot was dark and all doors locked. Zero signage to confirm you are at the right location. You have to pound on the glass doors and eventually a guard may come over to unlock the doors. He was "away" he said so never heard me trying to open the doors. It made me 30 minutes late for rhe appointment and almost left, but it had already been reschedule 5 times and was determined to get in. Night parking and access to the building after hours was terrible. Building was locked and dark, and despite knocking on glass doors no one opened. Found out a night guard witnessed the whole attempt to get in but did nothing until I saw him and waved at him. No signage, no explanation of how to get in or that they were even open. Horrible experience.

Great experience! First off, this place looks like you walked in to the Four Seasons spa. Gorgeous! So convenient to have it in Westlake. Check-in staff were nice and I got called into my appt right on time. Park in the lot in front of the building and it’s on the right (Target) side.

December 2024 Parking at night, horrendous! No lights on, doors are locked. It's "scary" and unsafe to say the least.
