This imaging center is always welcoming. The staff is very professional and I love the cleanliness of the office. Glad it's close by to me.
My first time experience was wonderful. Staff were friendly, knowledgable, efficient, and kind. They went out of their way to make you comfortable. 5*. Yes, it was difficult to find, so give yourself extra time. Minus 10 on signage.
What a terrible experience. The building and parking lot was dark and all doors locked. Zero signage to confirm you are at the right location. You have to pound on the glass doors and eventually a guard may come over to unlock the doors. He was "away" he said so never heard me trying to open the doors. It made me 30 minutes late for rhe appointment and almost left, but it had already been reschedule 5 times and was determined to get in.
