The UCLA Medical Lab Westlake Village is truly an amazing facility. I suffer from Ehlers-Danlos and have extremely small veins; any type of blood draw hurts beyond belief and can continue hurting for hours after, depending on the phlebotomist. To my great surprise, I was a walk in, with zero issues and only 5 minutes wait. I told the person at the desk about my sensitivity, and they were very comforting. The Phlebotomy Technicians at this location are very polite and professional.
Rude front desk
No wait time (went a bit later- around 10:30am- to avoid the hungry people fasting that line up for opening), kind and caring staff, quick blood draw, and no pain! Thank you!
The Phlebotomy Technicians at this location do not follow best practices. I saw them draw at least 10 people while I waited with no hand washing in between. Really bad.
