they were so rude. were not personable or kind or friendly at all. go elsewhere. they don’t care.
I just had my blood drawn- I’ve been here before, the girl who just drew my blood jabbed the needle through my vein without care. I have super visible easy veins and she just blew my viein because she was in a hurry and just didn’t care. I’m very dissatisfied. If you can’t pay attention to what you are doing and just don’t care. Do not go into the medical field!!!
The UCLA Medical Lab Westlake Village is truly an amazing facility. I suffer from Ehlers-Danlos and have extremely small veins; any type of blood draw hurts beyond belief and can continue hurting for hours after, depending on the phlebotomist. To my great surprise, I was a walk in, with zero issues and only 5 minutes wait. I told the person at the desk about my sensitivity, and they were very comforting.
