The UCLA Health Westlake Clinical Lab has the most inefficient system I have ever seen. The Website offers APP to make appointment, but I searched in the APP but could not find a way to make this appointment. Of course, when I called, it was a recording providing information that I did not need. In addition, when you walk in, there is no registration or list to put your name. I will never use this lab anymore and do not recommend it to anyone.
You need to be able to make an appointment without using the APP! Not everyone uses APP's. Otherwise you have to wait forever. Good luck with no customer service.

I just had my blood drawn- I’ve been here before, the girl who just drew my blood jabbed the needle through my vein without care. I have super visible easy veins and she just blew my viein because she was in a hurry and just didn’t care. I’m very dissatisfied. If you can’t pay attention to what you are doing and just don’t care. Do not go into the medical field!!!
