I was treated for blood cancer (Hodgkins Lymphoma) here 2 years ago. Dr. Fukai Chuang is an amazing medical oncologist, and the nurses administering chemotherapy here are also amazing. I never had any issues with this facility, nor any of the nurses or physicians. All I wanted to know is if I could transfer my 5 day a week benedryl prescription to them from USC. I was going to have my Ucla doctor take it over. These people were so incredibly rude from the get go. They were trying to send me somewhere else. They refused to tell me if they would order the medication or not -which any infusion center can say yes or no. They wanted me to call my busy Dr. have her write. Probably the worst place you can take somebody for chemotherapy. They do not return phone calls for two days...I would suggest anywhere BUT here for my loved ones. DO NOT GO HERE
