Dr. Bier was fantastic and extremely professional and thoughtful. The staff were all friendly and kind. Efficient and supportive healthcare that makes you feel valued.
I'm here to give a shout out to this office and specifically to Dr. Bier. I have never had an issue with any staff in this office. They are prompt and friendly. They are helpful if I need to get in last minute as well. But let's talk about Dr. Bier. He is really the best possible version of a primary care doctor. He is efficient, as they all need to be. have been disappointed with the quality of care received at UCLA Health's West Washington Internal Medicine clinic. As a long-time patient of the UCLA health system, I expected better service from one of their facilities. On my last few visits to this clinic, I have experienced excessively long wait times. Even with appointments scheduled well in advance, I've had to wait over an hour past my appointment time to see my physician.
