Great doctors but the administrative staff is horrible. My husband broke his arm recently, and we sent a couple of messages through the health portal, all we needed was the name of an orthopedic surgeon as the medical records from the injury and x-rays, were transferred from New York where we were vacationing and were told they were unable to provide that without a visit and couldn't accommodate a visit until middle of July! I saw Dr. Bowen at SPH ER this morning, I really appreciated his bedside manner, kind, friendly, informative and to the point. I felt like he listened to me as well.

I just tried to get lab work done for a procedure 7 days from today and was told the earliest i could get lab work is 20 days from today. FOR A BLOOD DRAW. Now months later i go to drop off a fecal test sample, that was already labeled by UCLA, AND THEY REFUSED TO TAKE IT.
