Went to this urgent care and saw a Dr. for about 5 minutes. Didn't get anything prescribed and she recommended I see my primary doctor. Later when I got billed 750$ for a 5 minute visit I see under the billing code that UCLA billed me as if I was seeing a primary doctor for 45-60 minutes. I reached out to their customer service and they have been absolutely no help at all. I'd stay away from this place and any other UCLA, there's plenty of other good doctors around this area.
I have real gripes with the UCLA Health system, but now fresh off my second positive experience here, I figured it was worth leaving a review. Dr. Oulashian was thorough and generous with his time. Dr. Guevara was great too.
Even though this facility comes up as the first search result for "UCLA urgent care" this is not an urgent care facility. If you go here they will charge for $1100 for a general physician consult for even 5 minutes of talking to one of their doctors. I will never go to another UCLA medical office again. Canceled my future appointments within the business due to this especially because after the claim goes onto your insurance they'll hound you for the money even before it's due.
