I have been here twice within the last two months. And both times gotten excellent treatment both from front staff, nurse, doctor and technician. First time with a broken tailbone. It was a Thursday afternoon and there was a little bit of a wait, but everyone way super friendly. Second time on a Thursday morning for X-ray of lungs. No wait and in and out in 10 minutes.
The service here has always been excellent. I have brought my children here repeatedly when they get sick and I’ve always been very pleased with the care they are provided, both by the nurses and the doctors. There is a lab on site as well as X-ray. The staff are very friendly at the front desk, in my experience. It should be noted, this urgent care shares a building with some primary and specialty care offices so the lobby can definitely get a little full at times, but that’s a minor issue for me. The lady who checked me in was not only unfriendly but hostile for some reason. Why would you treat patients like that? She is the Caucasian lady who wears a cross necklace, just so you know which receptionist I am talking about. She needs some serious training not only with her manners and professionalism but also basic decency and compassion. They are AMAZING! My daughter came in today with a sprain/potential broken wrist and they were thorough, efficient, compassionate and so great with kids. When our daughter fell at Basketball, we weren't sure where to go for Urgent Care, but after this experience-this is the ONLY place we will go! Thank you!
