We went in for a blood work and waited 10-15 mins. only - phlebotomist was very nice and professional.
The reception staff’s attitude was highly disappointing. The clinic closes at 9 PM but stops accepting new patients at 8:30 PM. Despite needing only my X-ray results—which had already been delayed for two days—I arrived at 8:32 PM to find the doors locked and the phones unavailable, leaving no way to reach them. Do not go to Dr. Yun if you want to be treated with absolute disrespect. He is so rude and does not care for his patient and has the worst bedside manner. Anything you say to him, he cuts you off because “he knows best” and makes you feel so low. He laughed and rolled his eyes at me when I was speaking to him and rushed the whole appointment. It blows my mind how he is even a doctor. Don’t waste your time on him!
