Avoid if you have UHC. They charge an extreme amount compared to other providers. After calling my insurance they said it’s one of the highest office visit costs they’ve seen. They were not transparent and honest with pricing. Do not go to this clinic.
THE MOST GOD AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! THE PLACE WAS EMPTY......CAME IN FOR A FOLLOW UP X-RAY....WAITED 2.5 HOURS AND STILL NO X RAY OR EXPLANATION....THEN THEY WENT TO LUNCH..............DO NOT GO HERE!! THERE WAS ZERO EXPLANATION OR APOLOGY.......JUST A REALLY RUDE PERSON NAMED "VANESSA"...............BEWARE AND HEED MY WARNING....MY HUSBAND HAS DEMENTIA AND DID NOT DESERVE THIS TREATMENT.............!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I called to get a new primary care doctor as this was the address listed on the Anthem website. I was told no, primary care is in another location. When I asked "is that in the same general area" the person on the phone could not answer my question. THAT'S A SIMPLE QUESTION! If your mom asked you "this the place your asking me to go close to the place we went before" you'd be able to answer "Yes, it's across the street" or "It's about a mile away" or No, it's several miles away on the otherside of town". I was the sole patient @ 3:30 on a Thursday. In & out in less than 30 minutes. Dr. Washington examined me & then ran tests & gave me results in less than 24 hours. He answered all my questions. Excellent doctor.
