5 minute wait. tech was nice and clear on instructions and what was going to happen next. easy parking and nice waiting area
Drove 2 hours....requested an unencrypted disc...had to get a copy of my xray sent to Northern Calif. Was assured SEVERAL times.."all we do is unencrypted". No. That was a blatant lie. My surgeon could not read. If the technology is not available, if you dont know how to get me what i need why not be honest and tell me?!! Very disappointed.
I had appointment, I got here 10 minutes early, but I had to wait 45 minutes to get called
I went to the radiology 3rd & 4th floor to schedule my ultrasound and the front desk staff was super nice!! Shoutout to Loraine for helping me out. She’s amazing 🫶🏽🫶🏽
