Dr. Saluski and his team Barbara and Gina of the bone clinic were our heros today. They were so patient and kind with our situation and went above and beyond to treat my Aby. I can't say enough good things about UCLA as my daughter has all her specialist here and when in critical state they have been amazing caring for her honestly they are all soo helpful and genuinely care about their patients. We love UCLA and thank God for them!
Early appts; great doctors
Poor service, no attention to patient needs My doctor told me I could have my labs done at quest since it is closer to where I live, accordingly I made an appointment with Quest and waited to be called, after half an hour passed they called my name to tell me there are no labs ordered for me, they looked online, faxes and emails and could not find anything, I called UCLA office and explained the situation, Stephanie put me on hold for a long time when she finally came back on the phone she apparently had talked to Erica and ... read more
Absolutely the worst experience with this nephrology department. Do not seek care from this nephrology office! A request by my insurer for documentation and appeal ignored for one month. ZERO, and I mean ZERO communication from doctor to me the patient after countless calls and messages through my chart - all ignored. Very unprofessional and clearly not concerned with patient health and outcomes. I am stunned by this blatant negligence of medical care, of professional duty and communication. Really nice and caring folks ...full service location similar to kaiser. They do lab svc, radiology & Rx all in lobby. They use CARE database, so your doc at Cedars-Sinai & City of Hope can see all notes, Rx & lab results too.
