I don’t understand how this clinic has a 3.0 rating. I visited for the first time in March 2026, and my partner and I received excellent service. We arrived 15 minutes late and originally had back-to-back appointments with the same doctor, but because of our delay, we initially thought we would miss one of the appointments. Months ago I came in feeling really sick, I was scared that I was having a heart attack or just a panic attack. I asked if I could just sit there for a few minutes too make sure I was ok then I'd leave because I wasn't interested in checking in for several reasons. They said that I had to leave because I was a liability. There was absolutely no humanity or caring just cold people who didn't care. I stood outside the building trying to get myself together and they completely ignored me. A terrible place

Can’t speak for referrals etc but I’ve always had easy streamlined experience here. Love dr banooni and the team are always very pleasant. Labs come back within a day usually too
